Itinerary:

Day 1~
Evening: Customized Pizza Dinner
Choose one of our specialty homemade pies (veggie lovers, supreme, or Lodge Stampede)

Day 2~

Morning: Family Style Breakfast
French toast, sausage, bacon, biscuits n' gravy, eggs or quiche, baked and fresh fruit, and cheesy potato casserole.
Afternoon: Sightsee, Play, Relax
Use the day to sightsee, ski, or relax with a book or a friendly game of pool.
Enjoy lunch on your own at one of the many nearby restaurants, but eat lightly to save room for the smorgasbord to come!
Evening: Gourmet Four Course Dinner
Salad and homemade bread
Appetizers: baked brie & fruit or shrimp cocktail
Choice of entrée from our evening menu
Dessert: delicious selection from one of our mouthwatering homemade delicacies

Description:
Come up to the mountains with a group of Ten or more Friends and take advantage of our Canopy Zipline Adventure (link to zipline page) for only $60. Planning a ski or snowboard trip. Let us connect you with one of our on staff instructors and use local connections to get you the best deals possible from lift tickets to equipment rentals. With Beech & Sugar Mountain just 30 Minutes away, we are in a perfect location to get to the slopes, but also avoid the crowds while still being able to enjoy quality down time in the evenings. Choose from the variety of lodging options listed below that best fit your groups needs. Please keep in mind that there is a two night minimum on all lodging from Dec. 1st - March 31st (excluding Christmas Tree packages from Nov. 24th - Dec. 20th).

Option #1:Entire Elk Mountain Lodge:

Our Elk Mountain Lodge is located up at the campground has four private rooms downstairs, each with it's own bathroom, Satellite TV, Queen Bed, and minor furnishings. These rooms are in addition to the two large bunk rooms upstairs that sleep 22 on each side, with a central living area that has a fully outfitted kitchen, satellite TV, ping-pong & foosball tables, an additional sleeper sofa, dual fireplaces, as well as central gas heat. This is the perfect spot for an inexpensive winter retreat for a large family, multiple families, or any type of group retreat for that matter. We will provide all the firewood necessary for your stay as well as keep the fires going for you throughout the day at no additional charge! Ask about having meals delivered to you for a fee if you do not want to deal with the hassle of cooking. private rooms have all linens provided but you must bring linens for bunk rooms.

NOTE: SNOW COVERED ROADS LEADING TO THE GROUP LODGE WILL BE SCRAPED, BUT MAY STILL REQUIRE A FOUR WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE TO GET ALL THE WAY TO THE FACILITY!!

Option #2: Entire B&B to yourself

Enjoy your Mountain retreat right along the edge of the North Toe River at our 5 bedroom B&B known to many as "The Lodge". Our facility here is perfect for 5 couples or great for groups as large as 13-15 with the use of the additional futon's. This option is great for those who want Breakfast each morning and don't plan on having Dinner with us each day as it allows for the group to customize the meal schedule and eat out after a day of sightseeing or playing in the snow. With nearly 16,000 square ft. of heated space there is plenty of room to stretch out and relax. And as we are not open to the general public in the Winter, it is a very exclusive opportunity to enjoy the lodge in a way that many do not get the chance. We will keep all the fireplaces going, the hot chocolate and hot tea ready, and meet you with hospitality that is unsurpassed in the High Country.

Option #3: Three Bedroom Creekside Cabin

Bring up to 6 people (8 people if at least two guest are under 12) to our cozy cabin outfitted with everything you need for a winter retreat. Enjoy this 2200 square foot cabin situated in our campground along Isaac's Branch Creek. Please follow the above link for pictures and more details. We will provide all the firewood you would like and will even keep the fire going for you throughout the day at no additional charge! If you let us know far enough in advance we will arrange to have a private chef available to prepare your meals on site at a reasonable price based around menu selections. Option #4: One Bedroom Mountain View Cabin

Bring up to 3 Adults (5 people if at least two guest are under 12) to our cozy cabin outfitted with everything you need for a winter retreat. Trout Fishing Packages

Many people don't realize that the months of October through the end of February hold some of the best trout fishing in the region. Come to the mountains and let us help you plan your trip or use one of our fantastic local guides to make it worry free and a guarantee to be put on some beautiful fish. . Let us connect you with local guides that know all the hot spots and get you the best deals possible. We are centrally located to some of the best trout waters in the state making us a perfect location to get in as much fishing as possible for the duration of your trip. With each of these packages below, we will send each guest home with a 1/2 lb. of our own smoked trout. We have been raising and preparing our own trout for 16 years and we would love to share a couple of recipes with you. This guarantees you will not go home without something to share with your friends. We will also provide you access to our catch out pond at the ridiculously low price of $4/pound. In addition, any trout you catch either in the pond or on the river, we will clean, ice down, and prepare the trout for travel or the grill. This means more time to relax and less time working.
