The Oyster Bash started in 2005 as a private party for friends and was held at our campground just one mile from our B&B on the North Toe River.  After we found out how many oysters our guest could eat we decided to make it a public party and charge for our ocean delights.  This tradition ran through 2011 when the event became too popular.  Although we charged for the event there was no profit there, but the work load continued to grow.  What was once a party for ourselves turned into too much work and with much sadness we decided 2011 would be the last public oyster bash.  Oysters started the event and they still headline at the Lodge, but are now served during a one month period in the fall on Friday and Saturday nights.

JOIN US THIS YEAR OF 2012, DURING THURSDAY, FRIDAY, AND SATURDAY NIGHTS FROM SEPTEMBER 15TH THRU OCTOBER 15TH, 5:00-8:00PM, TO ENJOY A VARIETY OF PREPARATIONS OF OUR BELOVED OCEAN TREASURE; THE OYSTER!  RESERVATIONS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED!
